Delete your data

Your ShowPull account

Email showpull@lordcherrymusic.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account and its interests, holds, profile and messages within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we must keep for payments or the law are kept only as long as required.

Instagram replies

If you commented or sent a message to an artist who uses Instagram replies on ShowPull, we do not store your Instagram username, your messages or your Instagram ID. We keep only a keyed one-way code of that ID, so we don't message you twice, and whether you opened the link. To remove it, email showpull@lordcherrymusic.com with your Instagram username and the artist's name; we delete the matching records within 30 days.

Artists can disconnect Instagram from their ShowPull Dashboard at any time; this deletes the stored access token at once. You can also remove ShowPull under Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites.
