What ShowPull is

ShowPull lets fans tell artists where they would see them live and lets artists measure that interest before booking a Show. Showing interest is free and is not a ticket, a reservation or a promise that a Show will happen. Artists decide whether and where to book.

Conditional reservations

Some Shows offer conditional reservations. You save a card through Stripe; saving a card does not charge you or guarantee admission. A confirmed date, venue and usable capacity are required before tickets are allocated and payment is prepared. Earlier successful card commitments have priority. Tickets added later receive the current price and a new queue position; existing tickets retain their price and priority. Reductions remove the newest additions first.

Your full order must fit unless you explicitly agree to receive fewer tickets. With that agreement, you pay only the saved prices of the allocated tickets. Unallocated tickets are not charged. You can cancel an uncharged order before payment preparation. Admission is issued only after successful payment. Refunds after a confirmed Show follow the artist's stated policy for that Show.

Group and giveaway purchases use the same pricing and priority rules. Giveaway buyers pay for all allocated tickets, including tickets that remain unclaimed or unused; those tickets do not receive an automatic refund. Show-cancellation terms still apply. Each signed-in recipient may claim one ticket from a giveaway purchase after payment succeeds.
