ShowPull holds ticket money until the show
Fans’ ticket and backing money now stays with ShowPull, and the venue confirms the deal in writing before anyone is charged. The venue is paid its share when fans are charged (automatically, or by invoice), the artist 48 hours after the show. If a show doesn’t happen, fans are refunded.

Video posts
Make a 12-second video of your city’s count, with your own song if you want, and post it to TikTok or Reels. Every post gets its own link, so you see how many fans it brought.

Friends get their own saved spot
When a fan says they’re bringing friends, they get a link that saves each friend a spot. Friends claim it in one step and count toward the city.
